Options and Fees
We offer four options to meet the needs of any visitor to Boston: Standard Homestay, Standard Bed & Breakfast, Executive Homestay and Executive Bed & Breakfast.
Homestay options include the following:
- A friendly and attentive host or host family
- A fully furnished, clean and comfortable private bedroom with quiet study/work space
- Linens, towels, bathing and eating areas
- Self-served continental breakfast (for example: juice, cereal, toast, coffee/tea)
- Prepared dinner by the host and eaten with the host (Standard/Executive Homestay only)
- Local telephone, Internet access, laundry facilities, television and all utilities
- Public transportation (subway/bus) within walking distance
Please choose from one of our four options:
Standard Homestay - USD $300 per week
- Evening meal prepared by, and shared with, the host
- Commute time within 40-60 minutes to downtown Boston destinations
- Internet access
Executive Homestay - USD $400 per week
- Evening meal prepared by, and shared with, the host
- Commute time within 30-45 minute to downtown Boston destinations
- Private bath (if available)
- Internet access - Wireless
Standard Bed & Breakfast Homestay - USD $265 per week
- Includes self-served continental breakfast only
- Commute time within 40-60 minutes to downtown Boston destination
- Internet access
Executive Bed & Breakfast Homestay - USD $320 per week
- Includes self-served continental breakfast only
- Commute time within 30-45 minute to downtown Boston destinations
- Private bath (if available)
- Internet access - Wireless
A non-refundable application fee of $125 is due upon submission of homestay application. The fee is not included in the prices above.
